Most items in the shop are instant digital downloads—no shipping required. Printed books are purchased through Amazon and follow Amazon’s shipping and return policies.

Digital downloads (instant)
After checkout, your files are available to download right away. You’ll also receive a confirmation email with download access.
Printed books (via Amazon)
Printed colouring books are sold on Amazon. Shipping speed, tracking, and delivery options are set by Amazon and may vary by location.
Order issues
If a download link isn’t working or you can’t access your files, please contact me and I’ll help you get sorted out.

Returns & refunds
Because most products are digital, returns work a little differently than physical goods.
Can I return a digital download?
Because digital files are delivered instantly, digital downloads are generally non-refundable. If you have a technical issue (wrong file, corrupted download, or access problem), contact me and I’ll make it right.
What if I downloaded the wrong item by mistake?
Please email me as soon as possible with your order details. If the file hasn’t been used and it’s a genuine mistake, I’ll do my best to help.
What about printed books?
Printed books are purchased through Amazon, so returns and refunds are handled by Amazon under their policies. Please use your Amazon order page for return options.
My download link isn’t working—what should I do?
Send a message through the contact page with the email used at checkout and your order number (if available). I’ll reply as soon as I can.
Do you offer exchanges?
Digital files can’t be exchanged like physical items, but I’m happy to help you find the right download for your needs. Reach out anytime.
