Digital downloads (delivery)
Digital products are delivered electronically. After purchase, you’ll receive access to download the files. Please save a copy for your personal records.
Personal-use licence
Unless stated otherwise on the product page, downloads are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may print copies for yourself (and as gifts if noted on the product page), but you may not resell, redistribute, or upload the files anywhere.
No sharing or resale
You may not share files by email, file-sharing services, social media, or any other method. You may not sell printed copies, include the files in bundles, or use them in products for sale.
Printed books (Amazon links)
Printed books are sold through Amazon via external links. Pricing, shipping, returns, and customer service for those purchases are handled by Amazon and are subject to Amazon’s terms.
Refunds for digital products
Because digital downloads are delivered instantly, they are generally non-refundable. If you have trouble accessing your files or believe there’s an error with your order, contact us and we’ll help.
Copyright & ownership
All artwork, downloads, and website content are owned by Jeanne Marie Creative (or licensed to us). Purchasing a download does not transfer copyright.
